For booking through our website, mobile application or at the counter, we accept payment by Credit Card or Debit Card of Visa, Master Card and JCB. For booking through our partner travel agents, we accept both cash and credit card at your convenience.

Please note that if your luggage size is larger or smaller than your reservation, additional charge or reduction may occur.

Once you have made a booking with us via online, mobile app, counter or from travel agents, you will receive an email confirmation with your details. Kindly check and if there are correction, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our booking process is easy with only a few steps. Nevertheless, there are some important information that is needed such full name, contact no, delivery and collection address and email address.
If you book from Airport to Hotel/Residence, and if you drop-off your luggage at our counter before 11.00 AM, your luggage will be delivered to your hotel/residence before 3.00PM. If you drop-off your luggage 11.00AM onward, your luggage will be delivered to your destination before 6.00PM. For luggage drop of after 6.00 PM, you will receive it by 9.00 PM.
You can refer to our website for the standard size luggage price. However, if you’re still not sure of the size, just make a booking based on your best judgement. If there’s any correction of size or price, our staff at the counter will inform you accordingly.
Luggez service is INCLUSIVE of insurance under AXA as our partner. You can rest assured that your luggage is protected under a tailormade insurance plan upon collection/delivery and throughout the storage period.
Yes, please inform the concierge that Luggez will collect the luggage as we have special arrangements with hotels. However, a few hotels do practice strict rules on luggage handling and coupon proof of ownership. In that instance, we will make sure that you are well informed of arrangement for luggage collection.
Yes, we can deliver and pick up from Home, Condominium, Apartment and etc.
At this moment, our service covers Johor Bahru areas only. Upon booking, our system will inform whether the delivery or collection areas are within our service.
We only price our service by size, which is S size below 22 inch or M size 22 – 28 inch and L size which is more than 28 inch. There is no weight or distance restriction, so we will carry all the heavy lifting for you.

We will make sure that this wouldn’t happen. We have strict SOP on handling luggage, time monitoring system, vehicle GPS and highly responsible staff. If it happens, we will make sure that your luggage will be delivered to your doorstep in any country at our own expense.
Sure, it is not a problem. Travel plan changes and we understand that. You will get a full refund if you cancel the booking before 24 hours of your drop off or collection time.
If you use Luggez Luggage Delivery, we allow storage of your luggage up to 3 days. There are however minimal overnight charges.
We take our service seriously and professionally in ensuring your luggage is safe throughout the journey. All of our vehicles are traceable through the application and you can monitor your luggage movement. Our luggage storage is locked and monitored at all times.
As long as you have made a booking on that day, you can just drop your luggage at the counter. If you missed the delivery slot to your hotel, we will make sure your luggage will be delivered on the next slot.
